Not to add to the repetitiveness of this topic,
but I too am interested in having an export for my logbook.

Re: ACT Standardized Test

Thank you guys for the prep help, I looked at those sites, and studied material my school gave me. So far 2 days down and one more to go. The ACT part is out of the way though, I took the ACT Plus Writing on Tuesday, and the ACT WorkKeys today. I feel pretty well about the ACT, and the WorkKeys was ...

ACT Standardized Test

Seeing as next week will be hell week for all Juniors in the state of Michigan taking the ACT & MME,
Do you have any advice for preparation for the test, or any advice for standardized tests for that matter?
I'd like to do fairly well, so it can lead to good college picks, and scholarships...

Re: Engine one only responds to throttle.

Hey, Ive had that problem in the past before, the way that I had fixed it was in the joystick configuration, or calibration. You should be able to calibrate it through FS, When you do, and you test the throttle, you'll see it only moves one engine, in there you should be able to link the throttle ba...

Re: Cars - What do you have?

Well In Michigan, they don't care when you drive on your permit, as long as you have someone over 21 Then on your license you can't drive between midnight and 5am, unless you have permission, blah blah blah. If they catch you they tell you to go home and thats it. Then when you turn 17, no restricti...

Re: I have a dilema...

Well thank you for your all of your advice everyone.
I'm looking for the best seats as in experience for people who love aviation.
Should I sit near the back on the DC9 or over the wing on the Saab?
I just want to know where I will enjoy it the most as an aviation enthusiast..

Re: Cars - What do you have?

It seems now I can join this disscussion, mainly because I have recently just turned 16! I drive a 2007 Ford Edge, its my mothers, but we have a Jeep too, so I drive the Edge. I also learned that gas is expensive, and is a bottomless pit that you must keep pouring money into for no apparent reason b...

Re: Procedures Manual - Feedback Wanted

I think this a wonderful idea, it provides as much realism as possible.

I agree that it needs to be put together correctly and updated frequently. As for help, if needed I would provide as much of my time as possible to this project.
Overall an awesome idea.

Re: What's hardest to get used to?

I'd Say that ATC is the hardest, because I personally haven't had heavy traffic where I fly in Southwest Michigan. Its hard getting everything you have to say down all in once without stumbling, and trying to get it really fast too. I personally dont have a problem with ATC, but my instructor has se...

Well I just got back from a month trip to Detroit Area,
and my Aunt lives about 2 minutes from DTW,
and I see them either landing or taking off.
I saw a Norhtwest 747 takeoff and turn,
and if the weather permited It would have been a perfect picture!

Re: Finished Drivers Ed!

I was in A class room for 12 total times,
3 times a week 2 hours a class,
there was about 12 other people in my class with me,
In Michigan you have to have 24 hrs of classroom time, and 6 hrs of Actual Driving.
