Re: Overlclocking

Nowadays it's incredibly hard to actually blow a CPU up by overclocking it, there are sooo many failsafes that it's likely the PC will turn itself off before it does any harm to your hardware.

Re: BA plane misses runway at Heathrow

Pilot lost all power and avionics apparently, turned the 777 into a glider.. Source? Eyewitness accounts I've seen state that the plane came in "nose high, with the engines louder than normal." Doesn't sound like a loss of power to me... Don't have one Hundreds of conflicting eyewitness r...

Pilot lost all power and avionics apparently, turned the 777 into a glider.. damn good piloting

Also you can see he's tried to steer the plane towards the taxiway, rather than up the rway

Incompatability between RAM and motherboard.. got some new RAM now so gonna see how it goes

If it still doesn't work, I'll buy a new quad core and motherboard

More utterly pointless Mac gadgets

Macbooks and Pro's I can understand (I use both) but the Air doesn't seem to have much of a purpose.. much like the iPhone

Surely it's better to contribute (actually contribute, rather than just a random bump) to a thread that's already open, regardless of the age, if you have something to add?

Thats if they are overclocked or if its in a bad cooling pc system.

Thermal max = highest it'll go before the GPU sets it's self on fire

Even overclocked they don't get anywhere near that
