Re: Netbooks--anyone have one?

Hi I am writing this to you on my netbook. You can connect for free eg: anywhere in downtown Toronto which is blanketed in WIFI. There are a few Starbucks these days that offer WIFI, I have used it in hotels. In fact you can drive around and find an open signal in most reasonably urban places. While...

Re: Netbooks--anyone have one?

Hi Okay, I have a netbook. It's an Acer with 1.6 GHz CPU 1GB ram Windows XP It has WIFI and we love it. I use it for checking emails, websurfing, skype, texting, MSN, spread sheets, making notes, You Tube and occasionally checking in on SimAirline when I am not at home. Of course when I want to fly,...

Does anybody know where I can find an Air Canada Jazz repaint for my fsx Wilco Embraer (eJets) 170/190?

Re: Emirates 98 FCO-DXB

Hey, nice shots Mike. I just landed in Dubai myself. I did the long-haul in a 767 out of Johannesburg. 8plus hours... phew. I landed on 31L. When I asked for a gate they sent me to a parking slot nowhere near a terminal.
Go figure.

Re: Greetings from Amsterdam!

Hi welcome!
I was in Amsterdam three weeks ago, on my way back to Canada via Schiphol. Great airport. Flew KLM on a 777. In Canada they call me Casey - in Holland of course, it's Kees.

Re: The Most Improvement for $600?

Hi Adam. I have virtually the identical computer even the same video card. I added the Matrox triplehead2go digital box (It's about $300 I think) and now run the sim over three screens which is amazing. (of course you have to get a couple of monitors as well) I couldn't go back to flying on a single...

That does it, I am going to fly Emirates from now on. The only airline that offers a seat, bed and shower.

Re: Where do you sit?

I am 6 foot 4, so whenever possible I ask for the seat by emergency exit which has the extra leg room. I am hopping on a KLM airbus A330-200 Toronto to Amsterdam tomorrow... Looking forward to a couple of weeks R&R in Europe. I have never been to Schiphol before (other than in FSX) and I hear that i...

Re: So Captainsim are making a 763

I'm inclined to agree that ACES, when they were alive, spent too much time on the wrong part of fsx, especially when they brought out acceleration. But having said that I like FSX all the same. And the Level-D 767 suits me perfectly.

Okay, I have an '02 Corolla with a stick and '05 Matrix. I am trading the Matrix for new Rav 4 come August. At 6'4" I just don't fit in it.

Greetings from Ontario

Hi All, I have just joined and flown my first flight for SimAirlines. I have flown for a couple of other virtual airlines in the past and while enjoying them have always felt a bit constrained. When I found SimAirline, I knew this is where I was meant to be. On a personal note I am a journalist and ...
