I had the same issue with an A318CJ, I decided to download it when we were discussing the BAW A318CJ, just to see how it handled in and out of LCY, I too got fed up of the hole on top of the fusalage. This was a project airbus aircraft.

Just a little reminder to make sure you have the correct AFCAD for LCY if flying from there.
