Re: Whom do you want to see win the Super Bowl?
I would love to see Farve (even if all of us Packers fans hate him) make it into the Superbowl. That'd be great.
So Vikings for sure.
Anyone but the Patriots. HATE THEM.

Re: Any aviation presents out there?
Very cool!
Would love to have a new SLR but our D80 will have to do for now.
Finally got the Northwest glasses I've always wanted: http://and1.dnsalias.com:666/Temp/Room/IMG_1746.jpg

Looking good Fraser! Currently working on compiling old timetables into a single Excel based system very similar to the SimAirline.net Timetable. Painstaking and ridiculously tedious but thankfully, only doing interesting flights like the AA MD-11s, etc. I may make this available for download when ...

Re: Any aviation presents out there?
Ordered some Northwest glassware cups/glasses used in First Class/World Business Class that I've liked since they were introduced years and years ago on NWA.
Now I have my own! They should be coming tomorrow and will look great on my bar.

Re: Twitter
Oh god, Twitter? REALLY? I find Facebook's status updates to be personal enough, and rarely use them. I don't like people knowing what I'm doing 24/7 and those who insist on telling me... I don't care. Twitter just annoys the hell out of me. However, I'd email Twitter asking them about purging the i...

No, no special flights today.
Though I'm enjoying some historical flights on Air Canada, currently onboard AC857 LHR-YYZ, 74E.

Re: Failed Terror attack onboard Delta/Northwest
All the increased security won't do anything, they'll always find another way to get onboard.
The existing security is just reactions to already complete plots, they won't do it the same again.
What an act. Makes us feel safe when really, we're not. Total BS.

Interesting Routings?
I was programming the MCDU for MX375 Mexico City-Caracas onboard the A320 a few minutes ago and noticed that after departure, the flight plan has me joining airway UA552 which runs along the Gulf of Mexico all the way down to Caracas (may go further, I don't know) putting me just a few miles off the...

Re: Where are You on your Logbook
Mexicana 375, Mexico City-Caracas in the A320. I have never had a longer takeoff roll or worse performance in an A32X than I just did. Pushing 10,000 feet of runway before barely making it into the air and climbing at about 1,000 FPM until passing 10,000 feet and 310 knots. YIKES! With those mountai...
