As I get into practicing ILS approaches, I would like to upgrade my equipment (tired of flying less than 100 knots in the Cessna 172 :P ) As I fired up my Beech Baron, I realized that the Baron has no VOR1 indicator. Do I not see it? Or is there only one in the Cessna? Any help will be appreciated :D.

How are they going to retrieve just the black box? They're not going to send a diver team down, and sure as heck not going to put a two man sub into something like that.

Well, the problem is now there saying they can't find it because it's trapped in the twisted metal wreck that is the fuselage. They've also got a French sub scanning the water for the black box.

Even if they did find it, it would be too damaged by the seawater to get any information out of it. My therory is they flew too fast through that huge storm cloud, and probably windsheared into the sea.

I am guessing that you have FS set to display KTAS instead of KIAS. Whenever I fly a 737 (default or otherwise) at M.078, the airspeed typically comes in around 270 knots and I almost never have a problem arriving late. Yeah, I think I have it set to that. I mean, it's not really that big of a deal...

When I fly, I put 475 into the SPEED hold. If that's KIAS or KTAS, I don't know. That really shows me how unrealistic even Microsoft's own aircraft are if they're faster than the real thing .
