SimAirline.net Revises Logo

SimAirline.net revised its logo today by adding a background featuring set of pilot's wings with a globe at the center. The revised logo features the traditional SimAirline.net font and slogan, but with the addition of the pilot's wings, representing our members, and the globe, representing our global options. The wings were originally the centerpiece of the U.S. Civil Aeronautics Authority (later the Civil Aeronautics Board) logo. Appropriately, the CAA/CAB was responsible for directing growth in routes throughout the U.S.; SimAirline.net does the same, but throughout the whole world.

The new logo will be transitioned in throughout the entire SimAirline.net site over the next few days. The revised logo was a joint effort of Ali Abou-Zeid, Nick Anderson, and Aaron Robinson.

Ah, the new logo looks great now that it is applied to our website.
It really suits our theme well.

Am I the only person that hasn't seen the new logo? Where would I go to see it. On the Home Page it is still the old one.

I would just like to say that I was viewing the messageboards, the logo appeared at the top. Its great. Good job Aaron!

Most of the pages now have the new logo, including the Main Page.
Your broswers cache is still loading the old logo so you must refresh your browser by clicking the Reload button on the navigation bar, either delete your broswers cache (Tools/Internet Options/General/Delete Files - for
Internet Explorer; or Tools/Options/Privacy/Cache - for Mozilla Firefox).
Now you should be guaranteed to see the logo, otherwise, post your problems.
