Computer Build
I am looking to build my own computer, and was wondering how much I should look to spend on a decent gaming PC? Where would be the best place to purchase the components? etc. Thanks

Re: Computer Build
You'll pretty easily spend $1,500 and over $2,000 if you don't have any of the parts already like monitors, keyboards, etc.

Re: Computer Build
When I built my custom last year, I think it cost about £900 for the PC, and another £300 or so for monitor, keyboard etc. I saved some money by buying in the US; Newegg is a great and cheap website.

Re: Computer Build
I already have everything outside of the computer case, and a couple of components inside the computer(RAM, GPU) that I can use if I go over budget.

Re: Computer Build
What town are you in? I bought most of my parts from a place called Micro Center. There's one by my house (the only one in NY), and it was cheaper and more convenient than Newegg.
There's two in Georgia, one in Duluth and the other in Marietta.
