Just a heads up for the CO pilots, when flying any CRJ200 routes, in real life the highest we ever fly these aircraft are FL320, since they are pigs climbing at FL250 and above. And we fly them at at M .74.

I wish I could attach the aircraft performance manual for the EMB 170 from our sister company Republic, alot of great materials for when planning a flight

Chris....you have no idea how bad they are.

Last night I was Coordinating our COEX division, and we have one CRJ through the CLE hub, and when CLE got hit with the snow, the one lone CRJ there decides to loose it's right wing anti ice, and of course everywhere is icing conditions, CLE is closed for snow removal, this flight diverts to CMH and declares an emergency.

Out of IAH, when it is hot, and if the dispatchers are slacking in their job, and lets the computer pick the runway to run performance numbrs off of, if it it picks 26R, the release will show weight restricted, and of course with fresh out of school dispatchers, they cannot figure out why
