I have FS9 and FSX. But I play FSX more because of the effects. And FS9 is good on performance.

Ok.... there is a program called FS HOST Link is here... http://www.chocolatesoftware.com/fshost/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; There are two types, the server type that lets you create a multiplayer game via IP or you can download the search side of the program via IP. Once installed ya doublee click and search for games. There is one I used to join all the time called World Tours. I am not sure if its still the most popular multiplayer one but there were always 17 people at a time flying scheduled hops and what not, it was lots of fun. It works for FSX too. But since the MS Gaming Zone no longer supports FSX that was also a great way to find games. But it closed down a few months before the release of FSX.

The only multiplayer server I fly on now is vatsim. Its the most real experience I can get out of a flight sim. It might be intimidating at first but get that ego going and its alot of fun. go to http://www.vatsim.net" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; And just follow the instructions they give ya on how to get started. Just click on, "New pilots start here"

Both are freeware :D

I use FS9, but I also have FSX and FS2000

I used to use FSX to fly with my previous Virtual Airline, but I got sick of the lag and computer slowdown that FSX delivers, so I switched back to FS9.
