Looks like a fairly well thought out plan. This is something that has been at the back of my mind for a while, but I figured it would be planned out and implemented well, and thus far my patience has been vindicated. Another job well done.

I'm excited to see the era you're looking for, as I'm a sucker for 727 flights.Glad to see it's as well thought out as this, too.

Just bring back those Baby Whiners!

And if we get Northwest Airlink in that era, we get Dash-8-100s, Fokker 27s, Jetstream 31s, Metro IIIs, and if early enough, Dornier 228s!

Sounds like a plan!
I've always liked the A330s and A32Xs and I'd be sad to see them go.

Though bringing in 727s, DC-10s and Classic 747-200 operations will be great.

I'll admit, although I really love the old NWA livery, I'm going to miss the new one at simairline.net.

I just want to add that we have some pretty neat stuff coming up for Northwest, it's not all bad for those NW fans out there.

This helps.

Just keep the DC-9s and Northwest Airlink. Then I'll be happy :)

Looks great! I'm very excited to see the DC-10s and classic 747s. For those who will be sad to see the A319s and A330s go, remember that they will still be around, they will just be Delta flights.

Yeah but it's not the same. No more actual NW livery.

Unless they kept one A330 and one A320 as Northwest "retrojets" just like Air Canada did one of their A319s under the Trans-Canada Airlines livery or American Airlines painted one B757 under its older livery (Casey once was aboard that retrojet).

Once DL acquires the A330-200s from NW and finds no use for them, they should ship them off to HA, as they're acquiring two of them starting in 2010 with their fleet modernization plan. =)

They will be, but I loved the A319 in Bowling Shoe colours. All we will have now is the plain and boring Delta livery... :(

They'll have plenty of use for them, in fact they want more...
