Continental Moving timetables

Post by Dennis » 25 Oct 2009, 14:12

Article

On the article, it is stated that CO's schedule does not appear on the Oct 17 timetable. A simple update will solve this problem. Continental does, in fact, appear in the timetable. Just thought I should point that out.

Download both updates. CO left Skyteam yesterday, but Star already has their flights scheduled.

Hmm, now it's not, even though I just downloaded the update this morning.

Wait, I'm confused. On which timetable is Continental not listed? If you have the latest timetables you should see that:
a) Star Alliance lists all CO flights; SkyTeam does not.
b) SkyTeam no longer depicts NW as a member (though I'm not sure if the timetable lists NW flights as NW).

This morning, the Skyteam timetable listed Co as a member (even w/ the most recent update), though not as of tonight. And I'm pretty sure that all NW flights are listed as Delta.

Try selecting the weekly option. I'm not sure if it's a daily flight.

It is served multiple times per day. For all timetable programs, you need to use the IATA code, not the ICAO code. Reservations engines and customers do not use ICAO codes.

I have been using the IATA codes and the search engine on the Skyteam Timetables. It almost seems as if the Mesaba flights are missing. I will uninstall and re-install and see if that makes a difference.

I have uninstalled and re-installed but still the same problem. It is almost as if the old Northwest destinations are missing. What I am trying to do is get from BJI to MSP in a S340. I know there are several flights daily but it will not throw them up. As I am trying to keep my log book continuous I am at the moment stuck.

Simondix,

Like you I got the Oct 24th and the Nov 1st updates for the Skyteam timetabe, Northwest is not listed as a Skyteam member and as near as I can tell ALL of the Northwest flights are missing.

Until it gets sorted out, try the stuff at the REAL Northwest Airlines.
