Past timetables

Post by kingsak » 27 Nov 2009, 16:12

Is it posible to get past timetable downloads?
With the closing :( instead of looking for another
VA, I want to just continue with the time tables.
I have Oct.2009 through current issue but I would
like to have issues from Apr.-Sep. 2009 so that
I'll be able to have "some" semblance of reality.
Thanks

http://www.airlinetimetables.net used to work, I'm not sure if it still does. If not, please let me know airlines and dates you're interested in, and I can send you some (huge files, so please be selective rather than broad).

I'm sorry, should've been more specific.
I was refering to the SimAirlines Timetables. (Excel & PDF).
I assume that they'll not be updated after the closing.

Aaron, I clicked on the link. Apparently the site seems to be hacked or something.

No, they will not be. You can though download past versions though by changing the address to a prior version, e.g., 1.1.0.

Funnily enough, Airways magazine had an article about printed timetables in their December 2009 issue. They mention a couple sites: http://www.airtimes.com/ and http://www.timetableimages.com/

Unfortunately I can no longer post in the forums at A.net, since I let my membership expire when I lost my job. :(

How do I find out what version is what? I don't want to just put random #'s in.

EDIT: I just tried to d/l one for last month, all it does is ask "RUN - SAVE - CANCEL"
When I clk. SAVE and change the #'s, I still get the current files but w/ different name.

If any1 still has the PDF's both ICAO+IATA and the Excel versions from March-August 2009 could you send to me pls.???

What sort of differences from the current version are you looking for? Winter vs. summer, for instance? Please let me know.

That's exactly it. Some rte's. are only done seasonally and I also like to fly the
airlines that are no longer "alive" in real life but I still like to do. (Midway,PanAm etc..)
When SimAir closes, I intend to keep flyin' as if we were still open, instead of looking
for a replacement. I am with 2 other VA's but they're completely different. (Pax/Cargo/Charter)
I just like to stay as accurate as posible with all my flights and was gonna rotate the
timetables on like a monthly basis.
If it's a problem please don't worry about it. I know that your very busy Aaron. I
just thought that someone may still have the older copies. If need be I'll get what
I can on web. Actually, I may get AirTran too, they like my arpt. (KSRQ).
Don't make big deal - if any1 has pls. send - if not - No Big Deal.
Great landings to all and a very HAPPY NEW YEAR!! Woo-Hooooooo

Please send me an email as we get close to closing with your request and what format you would like. However, the best thing would be to download one in mid-March (winter) and then in late April (summer).

Went to d/l the new SimAir timetable and instead of the TT I got a list of all the past tables that I need.
Aaron, you may want to check the link, unless of coarse you set it like that intentionally.
Anyway, I got what I needed. Thanks!!! :D
