*New Topic*
Some of our friends recentely wen't to Europe on NZ2 from AKL to LHR via LAX and some of the passengers on that flight were standing in a line for two hours waiting for immigration and as soon as they got through immigration they were told Their flight was boarding.

Why do people need to go through immigration if their name is only going to be in the US for two minutes with their name on a database?

There was a Sammy Kershaw song several years ago called "Politics, Religion, and Her"

So I say we stick to his advice.

"Lets's talk about baseball, talk a little small talk, there's gotta be a good joke that you've herad. Let's talk about NASCAR, old Hollywood movie stars, lets talk about anything, anything in this world but politics, religion, and her."-Sammy Kershaw, Politics, Religion, and Her

So, these guys at work really like this video on YouTube called "My New Haircut." So today we were showing some people who stopped by our work, and we were looking at other versions of this "My New Haircut" thing. We ran into one that was super hilarious and had us all on the floor...Can't remember if there's a lot of language or just a swear word or two, so if you're sensitive on that, skip it...

Oh, and speaking of TSA, I'll probably be working there soon... :rolling:

Hey, better than working for minimum wage. Plus, it's only to tie me over until I can apply at the police department.

I took a ride-along with the police department here the other day, was pretty cool. The best part was going to a felony warrant call, doing 100+ through rush hour traffic. Brakes have a wonderful smell when you're constantly going from 100+ speeds to zero over and over again. Good stuff.

Actually I am also working with a security stint right now at our local theme park. Security is the highest paid at $9/hour. Not even the life guards make that much. :rolling: :rolling:

You've got to stick with that one... it was only ok for the first couple minutes, but I was laughing my head off with the myspace photo part. People do the dumbest stuff for those photos...

Thats £4.50 an hour!

My minimum wage is £4.85/hour and I don't get out of bed for less than £6.00/hour ($12/hour) I thought the USA was richer!
