Flyglobespan Ceases Operations

Post by RatherBFlyin »

This came as a minor surprise, since the airline announced a small profit earlier this year. Apparently not enough of a profit for the company to remain liquid enough to continue operations, though.

Bummer, they were cool little planes with a nice tail.

Not exactly a surprise and to be honest, I thought they folded last year.

Sad to see another airline go under.

They provided a link between the UK and the Falklands. Wonder what's going to happen with that now
