The FAA has proposed a $325,000 fine against Continental Airlines for allegedly operating a Boeing 737 on 12 or more flights with a known fault in the right main gear.

That's shocking that CO would do that, to run such a risk with the safety.
Do you know more details about the actual fault?
I would never continue flying if there was a fault with my aircraft, even just a little PA Tomahawk.
Yesterday my radio failed, so I returned to the airport immediately so I could get a new radio put in.
