Is MRAI any good? The Alpha India Group seem to release AI flightplans after flightplans of almost every airline under the sun which is attractive. I'm considering giving it a try.

Alpha India is very good !! Use them everywhere possible.

I am using Alpha India flightplans, too. Today they released 19 summer flightplans .

Currently I am updating my European traffic.

When using WOAI, they include the AI model and texture with the download. Does Alpha India do the same?

No, Alpha India just makes flightplans and aircraft; not packages.
