The grey looking aircraft is indicative of a texture labelling problem.
Check in the aicraft folder, you will find the Asiana file there. It will be entitled;
Texture.AAR or Texture. Asiana
Whatever the texture file is called, it is vital that your aircraft cfg entry matches exactly.
Therefore supposing your Asian file is Texture.AAR, open up your aircraft cfg and scroll down and check that the texture entry is texture=AAR.
On my set-up my Asiana file is Texture.PW_AAR. Here is the relevant cfg entry;
[fltsim.12]
title=fsp772v3 Asiana Airlines
sim=Boeing777-200
model=PW
panel=
sound=
texture=PW_AAR
atc_id=HL7700
atc_airline=Asiana
atc_flight_number=25
atc_heavy=1
ui_manufacturer=AI_Plane (FSPAP)
ui_type=Boeing 777-200/200ER
ui_variation=Asiana Airlines
description=FSPAP products
atc_parking_types=GATE
atc_parking_codes=AAR

PAI makes their own planes, but some are FSP (the prop planes, and I think some of the RJ's), and the Emb-170 is AIA.student5669 wrote:I did. Do they use the FSPainter 777? Looks like PAI uses a scaled-down version of it. Looks crappier, too. And sorry, freeware.By the way, why is a guest user always replying for me?

so i can use the FSP Saab 340 without it hurting my FPS ?NWADC9 wrote:PAI makes their own planes, but some are FSP (the prop planes, and I think some of the RJ's), and the Emb-170 is AIA.student5669 wrote:I did. You only have one choice for the Saab, and that's the FSP model. It's definitely not the greatest, but the only other alternative is no Saab.

Dude, he just said its the only option...Try it and if you don't like it, uninstall it.
It works fine for me though.
