Editing existing sceneries

I own simmer's sky Narita airport and I noticed that it was lacking trees when in real life the airport was surrounded by trees. I think this has something to do with the autogen not being able to show up on top of the ground photo textures. Is there a way to get the autogen to show up on top of the...

British Airways ATR's

I was looking on the british airways page and noticed that the atr isn't added to the fleet list. I searched it on google just to double check if BA really did fly ATR's and they do. I'm not sure why they aren't on the fleet page but i'd love to do a couple of flights with it. I think they're probab...

AI aircraft pushback and taxi problems

I have found that AI aircraft will only pushback straight rather than straight and then left or right. This can cause a problem when taxi space is limited. AI aircraft sometimes pushback straight into other aircraft when this could easily be avoided if they had just pushbacked to the left or right l...

I was just going through the discontinued routes and saw that Delta flew from Incheon to Portland. Since both airlines are skyteam maybe Korean loaned the use of one of their planes to fly the route for a couple days...

Re: KAL from RKSI to KPDX

In case I've confused you guys i flew it in real life...I'm positive that I flew Korean to Portland although I can't remember exactly what plane it was...like I said earlier, is it possible that Korean Airlines only flew the route for a couple days?

Re: KAL from RKSI to KPDX

That's really weird because I definitely flew Korean from Incheon to Portland. I might've flown on the A330 though, i can't quite remember...it was a while back. Would an airline fly a route just for a couple days or maybe a week or two?

Re: What is it about chrome?... It's American Airlines!

I think they generally keep them off on the ramp so as not to blind other pilots and the ramp rats...I'm not sure what the rules are about strobes on taxiways. However, pilots generally turn their strobes off in heavy clouds and fog because of the reflection of the light into the cockpit.

Re: What is it about chrome?... It's American Airlines!

I think the rule for strobes is from runway to runway. The majority of planes I've flown on have kept to this rule although I did see one pilot who turned his strobes on at the ramp  If you kind find the rule for the nav lights that would be great, I've only read the one requiring aircraft to...

Radials

I noticed that almost every SID or STAR involves the use of radials but my problem is I don't really know what they are or how to fly with them. Just one example of a dep procedure that uses radials- http://www.nats-uk.ead-it.com/aip/current/ad/EGKK/EG_AD_2_EGKK_6-1_en.pdf I read the article on Vats...

Re: What is it about chrome?... It's American Airlines!

I'm sorry, but I believe you are supposed to have your nav lights on whenever a pilot is in the cockpit. No I believe those are only beacons. I just did a little reading on the subject and found that most pilots choose to leave the nav lights of during the day to save power and reduce wear on the l...
